Job Description:

Generate, edit, publish and share content daily On Social media platforms
Handle customers messages and complaints and relay them to the designated department
How to Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.

Should maintain and re-write the company blogs, social media channels, and website content.
Write high-engagement social media content, campaigns, video scripts, ideas & presentations.
Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white papers
Edit and proofread the content produced by other members of the team to be circulated on the digital platforms (Website - Digital Platforms - Internal email communications).

Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
